SFHS Spirit & Competition Dance Team Tryouts 2024-2025

Audition Prep Clinic is on Sunday, March 17 2024 from 1-4:00 at the SFHS Blue Gym for current and future team members

• Review and learn important skills for audition

• Meet the current coaches, trainers, and team members

• Understand the flow of the audition process

• Head start on completion of DragonFlyMax account (3/9) https://max.dragonflyathletics.com/maxweb/max-cover/login

DragonFly Max Account & Verification

• All student athletes must have a complete DragonFlyMax account to participate in the Prep Clinic and/or audition

• This is a non-negotiable requirement. If your child is not due a physical, send the forms to your doctor and they may complete them based on the last physical. If not, your child may need an additional physical.

Auditions:

• April 8-12, Time 6:15-8:00 AM at SFHS

• DragonFlyMax account completion required to be able to audition. Complete prior to Spring Break so any issues can be resolved prior to Spring Break.

• Students may be considered for any of the following teams

  • Varsity Pom

  • JV Pom

  • Varsity Hip Hop

  • JV Hip Hop

  • Fall Spirit (sideline football)

  • Winter Spirit (basketball)
